Digital Transformation: Enhancing public services through Government Portal

The Government Portal and Government websites will be modernised and transformed into an intelligent and citizen-centric Digital Government Platform. The initiative is part of Government’s ongoing efforts to enhance the delivery of public services through digital transformation.

The platform will strengthen engagement between citizens and Government and provide a single, consistent and personalised digital gateway to public services. Users will also have easier and more convenient access to information and services, reducing the need to navigate multiple Government websites.

In addition, the dedicated platform will provide an intuitive and personalised digital experience, facilitate access to services through mobile devices and promote greater accessibility and inclusion.
