Launched in April 2026, the project is aligned with the Circular Economy Roadmap and the Roadmap for a Plastic Pollution-Free Mauritius. It will be implemented through a gender-inclusive, business-oriented knowledge exchange initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between Mauritian stakeholders and Japanese private sector partners with expertise in plastic circular economy technologies and practices.
