International Trade/Agro-Industry - Workshop on Food Safety
29 Feb - Opening at Domaine Les Pailles of a two-day workshop on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures and Food Safety System in Mauritius. The objective is to promote, with the technical assistance of EDES (an EU/ACP programme on Food Security), the exportation of products of animal origin to the EU and other markets.

Consumer Protection - Workshop on Price Observatory
28 Feb - A half-day workshop on the National Strategy for the Price Observatory, at La Cannelle, Domaine Les Pailles, reviews the structure, functioning and management of the Price Observatory since its inception one year ago in March 2011.

Women - Business English Course
27 Feb – Launching in Phoenix at the seat of the National Women Entrepreneur Council of a two-day training in Business English for women involved in small and medium enterprises. The training is part of a one-year programme run by the National Women Entrepreneur Council in collaboration with BAI Co. (Mtius) Ltd.

Training on Tax-related Issues
22 Feb- A five-day professional training session on tax-related issues, attended by some 100 participants from export-oriented companies opens at the MITD House in Phoenix at the initiative of the Mauritius Export Association (MEXA) and the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA).

Labour - Workshop on Green Jobs
22 Feb - A two-day workshop at Domaine Les Pailles focuses on the promotion of green jobs in Mauritius in the context of the Maurice Ile Durable Project. MRC - Final Consultative Meeting on Priority Issues
